Had a fun hour trying to get Titan our new Pug puppy to pose with a pair of sunglasses on in the UK's mini heatwave in April 2018. Have you ever tried to balance a pair of shades on a dog who's nose doesn't stick out ;-) Anyway, a handful of treats later he was posing like a pro. Next time I think a collar and tying the shades loosely on is the way to go. The picture made it into print in the Sun newspaper.
Up early again, to catch the sunrise from Sandy Cove, and then onto the Harbour for some nice pictures of the mackerel sky and the Ripple.
Out a bit later than usual to get some pictures ( so not at the crack of dawn). Was rewarded by some beautiful cloud reflections in the harbour at Newlyn.
A gorgeous start to the day this morning. I was out at 6am working out where to go first. I started at Tolcarne and got some nice pictures of the colourful sky, including one with the memorial to Newlyn fisherman by Tom Leaper in the foreground. Then legged it down to Sandy Cove to get cracking colours as the sun came up on the horizon. I then moved towards Penzance, and got this shot of Mounts Bay, with very calm seas
We had a great days weather at the start of the Easter holidays, so we headed over to Sennen Cove, just in time to catch a great sunset. Here are some of the pictures taken. Definitely a location to do more of.
